GrassRootsGamesRental.com is operated by AT Achievement Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the rental request form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your requested event date, selected games, and whether you want the utility cart
• Your delivery address, if you ask for drop-off/pickup
• Any additional notes you choose to include

We do not collect payment information through this site. Payment is arranged directly once a booking is confirmed.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your rental request, confirm availability and pricing, arrange delivery or pickup if requested, and keep basic business records of bookings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it's stored

Submitted requests are emailed to our business inbox and kept in a access-protected backup log on our web server as a safeguard in case email delivery fails. This backup is not publicly accessible.

Third parties involved in running this site

• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form submissions come from a real person, not an automated bot. It does not use your data for advertising.
• Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which involves your browser making a request to Google as the page loads.

We do not currently use any analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set its own cookies.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and troubleshooting purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep booking request information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your rental and for our business records, such as scheduling and basic accounting.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or request deletion, text 646-481-4174 or use the rental request form and describe your request in the notes field. We'll respond within 5 business days.

Residents of New York / CCPA-style requests

We handle data responsibly under New York's SHIELD Act and will honor reasonable requests to access or delete your information consistent with applicable law, regardless of where you're located.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
