GrassRootsGamesRental.com (the "Site") is operated by AT Achievement Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site or submitting a rental request, you agree to these terms.

What this Site is for

This Site lets you browse our lawn and tabletop game rentals and submit a request to book them. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking or a payment — we'll follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and any delivery fee before anything is finalized.

Rental agreements

The actual rental — including the $100 refundable damage deposit, rental period, delivery/pickup arrangements, and condition of the games on return — is governed by the agreement we confirm with you directly (by text, email, or in person) when your booking is finalized, not by this Site alone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this Site to submit false or fraudulent requests, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or to try to access data that isn't yours.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, and design on this Site belong to AT Achievement Enterprises LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

This Site is provided "as is." While we try to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, AT Achievement Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this Site. This does not limit any liability that can't be limited under New York law.
